We are looking for a talented individual to join our pre-revenue startup as Head of Client and Member Services. The compensation for this role is equity-only at the outset, with a full salary and benefits package after a successful capital raise and achievement of our revenue goals. The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Head of Client and Member Services to manage and build relationships with our hiring clients and executive candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience working with corporate clients, be comfortable in a startup environment, and excited about the opportunity to build something new. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring clients and candidates and providing a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of our hiring client relationships including platform demonstrations, onboarding, advice on posting and managing opportunities, and ongoing support to ensure a high level of client success and satisfaction.
  • Work with hiring clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
  • Coach and mentor executive candidates to help them develop the skills and experience needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new hiring clients and members.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to hiring clients on talent management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the executive recruiting process.
  • Track record of successful executive recruiting placements with companies committed to diversity at the executive level.
  • Applied experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Strategic and visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working with technology startups.
  • Cross-functional experience (e.g., operations, finance, IT, HR, marketing, sales, business development, social media engagement)

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of building and leading successful networks or organizations, and experience in mentoring and advising senior executives. They will also have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented groups in the corporate world, and a passion for increasing diversity and inclusion at the highest levels of leadership.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is equity-only at the outset, with a full salary and benefits package after a successful capital raise and achievement of our revenue goals. The equity offered to the successful candidate will be tailored to their experience and contributions to the company.
